Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Frame the Fairway website and services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Payment and orders
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Stripe. Orders are confirmed via email and production begins within 24 hours of payment. Prices include standard packaging but exclude shipping unless otherwise noted.
Customization and personalization
All artwork is custom-produced based on your selections. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on orders that have been correctly produced to specification. If there is a defect or error on our part, we will reprint or refund your order.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Standard delivery within the US and UK takes 7–10 business days. International orders may take 2–3 weeks. All orders include tracking. Customs duties for international orders are calculated and collected at checkout.
Privacy policy
We collect only the information necessary to process your order and improve our services. This includes your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g., shipping providers, payment processors). You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team.
