The terms that apply when you order from Frame the Fairway
These terms govern your use of the Frame the Fairway website and services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Payment and orders
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Stripe. Orders are confirmed via email and production begins within 24 hours of payment. Prices include standard packaging but exclude shipping unless otherwise noted.
Customization and personalization
All artwork is custom-produced to your specifications, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on orders that have been correctly produced. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect or error on our part, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement print or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Orders are produced in the print lab nearest you — with standard delivery, orders printed locally (in the US, UK, EU and Australia) typically arrive within 4–7 business days, while orders shipped internationally take 8–14 business days. Most orders ship with tracking. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, collected by the carrier on delivery.
