All artwork is custom-produced to your specifications, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on orders that have been correctly produced. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect or error on our part, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement print or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Damaged in transit
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Print defects
If there's a colour, alignment, or quality issue on our end, we'll reprint and reship at no cost.
Wrong order
Received the wrong course or style? We'll get the correct order to you as fast as possible.
